On September 22, 1979 a satellite detects the unmistakable double flash pattern of a nuclear detonation somewhere near the Prince Edward Islands off the coast of South Africa. The Arecibo ionospheric observatory and radio telescope in Puerto Rico detects an anomalous ionospheric wave at the same time. The United States Sound Surveillance System or SOSUS reports a loud resounding "thud" that also coincides with the satellite and telescope data. What was it? On March 22, 1984 sometime after midnight, a Fayetteville, Arkansas pharmacist, Lee Dickson and his 8-month pregnant wife, Karen were murdered in their home located on Sunrise Mountain just outside Fayetteville. Almost automatically Dennis Flowers is named the culprit and a 10 day man hunt ensues. Where they find Dennis raises even more questions. Also we welcome the return of Arkansas' infamous Medical Examiner, Mr. Fahmy Malak.

54 year old Colonel Phillip Shue left for work on April 16, 2003 around 5:30AM. Two hours later he is found dead in his car, an apparent victim of a car accident. The left side of the car was caved in and Colonel Shue died instantly from head trauma.
